By submitting a booking request and agreeing to this text, the customer authorises PT AURA AGENT AGENCY to process the personal data reasonably needed to:
- handle the request and confirm availability and terms;
- communicate via WhatsApp, email or phone;
- pass necessary booking details to the selected service operator;
- issue and reconcile payment;
- handle cancellation, refund and support.

Withdrawal
Consent may be withdrawn for future processing by writing to auraagentagency@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully performed or records that must be retained for contract, accounting, legal or dispute purposes.
