How payment works
The manager first confirms the selected service, availability, date, guest details, transfer, inclusions, supplier rules and final IDR total. Only then are the confirmed PT Aura BRI payment instructions sent.

Cash in IDR is possible only when individually arranged and confirmed. Other currencies or payment methods require manager confirmation before payment.
Booking confirmation
The booking is confirmed after the payment is verified and the reservation is confirmed. Keep the confirmed WhatsApp terms, service details and payment record together.
